1. Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
2. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Items returned without manufacture defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different type, size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping/delivery costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
8. Refund Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the item has been used or is not in its original condition.
